Self Initiate Project, 2026

I would like to begin with a self initiated project that marked the starting point of my practice. It began with sketching and mapping observations along walking routes, which gradually evolved into a series of psychogeographic maps

Through this process, I explored how different tools and methods shaped my perception while documenting three different walking routes. One of the key insights I gained was that each journey produced a unique interpretation of the city, demonstrating that perception is always personal and shaped by the way we experience a place.

I am an illustrator and brand designer who loves working through craft and analogue processes. My work often starts by hand and is later developed digitally, while retaining its tactile and human qualities. I believe the sensory value of art lies in the traces of making—where texture, imperfection, and craftsmanship create a deeper connection between people and visual experiences.
